Не работает панель телефонии, С телефонной станции не удалось получить настройки. Проверьте выполнение инстуркций wiki.miko.ru.
 
Добрый день.
Конфигурация: Управление торговлей и взаимоотношениями с клиентами (CRM), редакция 2.0 (2.0.19.21)
MIKOPBX ver: 2023.1.223
Панель телефонии: 1.4.26.36

Интегрировал, настроил по инструкции. Не работает выдает ошибку : С телефонной станции не удалось получить настройки. Проверьте выполнение инстуркций wiki.miko.ru.

Как понять в чем проблема? И что нужно сделать чтоб заработало?

На АТС не настроен служебный номер 10000111. Документация описана на wiki.miko.ru...


но лог по прежнему что выше

Добрый день!
Не нужно вручную добавлять приложения. Достаточно установить дополнительный модуль на АТС "Панель телефонии 1.0". Перед установкой удалите ваше приложение.
 
Удалил приложение, поставил модуль, информация  С телефонной станции не удалось получить.. исчезла, но по прежнему не получается звонить.
 
В логе после старта есть такие строки

ОстатокДнейЛицензии = "", ТипЛицензии = "MIKO SaaS", РегистрационныйНомер = "MIKO-2SAXW..."
ОстатокДнейЛицензии (HASP) = "-1", ТипЛицензии (HASP) = "", РегистрационныйНомер (HASP) = "..."


Что значит и как лечить?
 
Спасибо за обратную связь, но разобрался. Не понятно зачем в поставке пакеты хасп, и чего за строчки в логе, но тыканье по настройкам решило проблему. Еще раз перенастроил и заработало.
