Невозможно прослушать некоторые звонки, Обрываются вызовы при попытке прослушать вызовы
 
Из любого места в базе (из панели, из документов звонков, из модуля журнала звонков) запускаю команду Прослушать запись. Вызов стартует, но буквально сразу и обрывается. Но записи разговора на АТС есть, и их можно скачать. Проблема лишь с некоторыми вызовами. Многие вызовы успешно прослушиваются.
 
Укажите версии АТС и панели телефонии
 
Астериск 16 и панель версии 1.4.26.34
 
По каким инструкциям производилась настройка АТС?
Приложите логи из панели телефонии для проблемного звонка.

Вот имя файла, которое запрашивает 1С:

необходимо проверить, что файл существует.

часто админы настраивают конвертацию wav -> mp3, при этом в CDR (в истории звонков) остается старый путь к файлу, в итоге функционал не отрабатывает корректно, так как файл wav удален.
 
Файл можно без проблем скачать и прослушать. Значит, файл существует?

не факт. нужно подключиться к консоли АТС и проверить
 
Файл на АТС есть. Вот на скрине видно, что файл запрашивается без указания формата, а также есть пробелы в пути к файлу. По коду не вижу, где формируется путь к запрашиваемому файлу
 
АТС Вам сообщает, что файл не существует в нужном формате. Возможно виноваты спец.  символы в имени файла, вероятно это "+".
Для входящих возможно настроить "Нормализацию" номера телефона, убирать из номера все специальные символы.
Также рекомендую избавится от спецсимволов в имени файла записи разговора.
